A member of staff is appointed to run the sessions and always available for help and support.

How long are the sessions?

  • All of our sessions last 1 hour. (45 minutes playing time plus proper warm up and cool downs to minimise the risk of injury).
  • We recommend arriving 15 minutes before scheduled start.

Additional Information

We provide the balls and bibs. Sessions are designed for all abilities and fitness levels, with rolling subs to help you build up your fitness. Sit out and rejoin anytime – it’s all about enjoying the game at your pace.

To avoid overcrowding, we limit numbers based on pitch size, ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Once registered, you’ll be allocated your preferred weekly session. After members confirm or decline their primary slots, remaining places are available for extra sessions at no additional charge.

  • Games are tailored to diverse fitness levels and abilities.
  • Modified rules (e.g., no slide tackles) minimise injury risks.
  • Each session includes thorough warm-ups and cool-downs.
  • As these are friendly kickabouts, we referee ourselves.
